Following a request of the Association of Greek Mussel Farmers, the Institute of Applied Biosciences prepared a Technical Report regarding the determination of the production cost of a typical mussel cultivation farm in Greece.
The results of the Technical Report were utilized by the Ministry of Rural Development & Food for the determination of de minimis aid in the field of shellfish farming, assisting in mitigating the negative effects of the covid-19 pandemic on Greek shellfish farming.
