Vasileios Vasileiou is a PhD Candidate in the field of Bioinformatics at the Institute of Applied Biosciences (INAB) of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH), in collaboration with the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics (MBG) of the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH). He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics (MBG) and a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Birmingham (UoB) in the United Kingdom. His research interests focus on Systems Biology and Gene Regulatory Networks (GRNs), with particular emphasis on non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs).
