Konstantina Tsotsouli is an Agronomist holding a Master’s degree in Molecular and Biochemical Analysis. She works as a Research Associate at the Institute of Applied Biosciences at the Center for Research and Technology Hellas, in Thessaloniki. Her current research interests include biochemical analyses of food and the study of their nutritional properties to highlight Greek products, with the aim of strengthening the Greek agri-food sector. Additionally, she focuses on the utilization of food industry waste through alternative methods such as the use of microalgae, with the goal of producing valuable bioactive compounds.
