Antonis Bozas is a Psychologist and PhD candidate in the Department of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Research Associate at the Institute of Applied Biosciences, CERTH. His research focuses on the role of positive psychological factors in the management of chronic health conditions. He holds an MSc in Pain Management and an MSc in Healthcare Management while he is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. He presents experience in public health, humanitarian sector (UN staff), and project management, particularly in the implementation of initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable populations, advancing health-related projects, and providing professional training. His research interests encompass Quality of Care, Healthy Behaviors, Social Determinants of Health, and Inclusive Practices in Healthcare.
