Antiopi Tsoureki is a Biologist and a Research Associate at the Institute of Applied Biosciences – Centre for Research and Technology Hellas. She holds a MSc in Medical Informatics from the School of Medicine of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specializes in Bioinformatic analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data. Her research interests focus on the agrifood sector, and specifically on livestock and food, and include, among others, livestock genetics and genomics, study of the gut microbiome as well as food and feed products’ microbiome, their interaction with the environment, and the construction of relative machine learning predictive models.
