Sofoklis Keisaris works as a research assistant at the Institute of Applied Biosciences(INAB) in the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas(CERTH). He received his MSc after his BSc in Biology, both from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki(AUTH) with aspects on Ecology and Conservation Biology. Along the way, he found immense interest in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. He is keen on developing bioinformatics tools and pipelines for a wide variety of biological data.
