Konstantinos Rouskas is a Biologist, Postdoctoral Researcher of the Institute of Applied Biosciences at CERTH, the Center for Research and Technology Hellas, Thessaloniki, Greece. He has strong expertise in human genetics, multiomics approaches and functional genomics through its work in research centers of Greece and abroad. He has participated in many research programs that explore the molecular basis of complex traits and human diseases. He serves as reviewer of scientific journals and teaches in international postgraduate courses. His current research interests include: investigation of the molecular consequences of diet on health and cardiometabolic traits; precision nutrition; and, study of the role of gut microbiome in human diseases.
