Legumes4Proteins proposes, adopts and implements a holistic approach of the production of leguminous legumes in combination with their use in animal nutrition in order to replace soybeans. The project plan includes exploitation and evaluation of genetic material, collection of lupine populations from regions of Greece and their comparative evaluation with commercial varieties. This material will be used by the Genetic Material Bank of ELGO Demeter.
