Glykeria Gkoliou is a graduate of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics of the Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master’s degree in “Infectious Diseases-International Medicine”. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics of the Democritus University of Thrace, working in the field of immunogenetics and she is involved in studies with special emphasis on molecular and immunogenetic analysis of T lymphocytes in hematological malignancies. In addition, she has been involved in HPV studies, focusing on the investigation of the relationship between HPV and the microbiome. Finally, she it is a member of the European Hematology Association since 2022. Her research interests include precision medicine in cancer and immunogenetics of hematologic malignancies.
