Dimitra Tsivaka is a Medical Physicist and holds a PhD from the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly, Greece. Since 2020, she has been involved in research projects at the Institute of Applied Biosciences (INAB) related to the study of imaging biomarkers and their correlation with genomic data. She has participated in research programs funded by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (ELIDEK) and the “Development of Human Resources, Education & Lifelong Learning 2014-2020” program. Since 2017, she has been a visiting researcher at the Department of Neuroscience at King’s College London (UK). Her research focuses on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), particularly on advanced MRI techniques, the development of imaging protocols, the study of contrast agent relaxation times, and the analysis and processing of biomedical data.
