Antonia Angou is an Agronomist specializing in Animal Production with postgraduate studies in Technology, Quality, and Safety of Animal-Derived Foods. In the past, she has worked on research projects at the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Currently, she works as a Scientific Associate at the Institute of Applied Biosciences of the National Centre for Research and Technology Development (CERTH) in Thessaloniki. Her research interests focus on studying the impact of animal welfare, nutrition, and farming systems on the quality of final products, as well as the biochemical and nutritional properties of foods and their bioactive components.
